TriCalcium Phosphate Anhydrous Ca3(PO4)2
Tricalcium Phosphate Anhydrous is widely used in the food industry as an anticaking / free-flowing agent for food, including dust milk, other powders, dry beverages and table salt. The product is also used in the production of mineral/dietary supplements, nutrients, fat rendering aids, stabilizers and as a yeast nutrient, raising agent and an excipient for solid aromas.
