DiCalcium Phosphate Anhydrous CaHPO4
DiCalcium Phosphate Anhydrous finds its application in bakery mixes, as a dough conditioner, and in dry powder beverages as a mineral supplement. It can also be used as a stabilizer, firming agent and as an antioxidant synergist in baked goods and cereal products.

DiCalcium Phosphate Anhydrous is also used in the fabrication of soluble cacao for infant food and pap and in the production of chocolate.
